Following activities were conducted for KG children in the month of August:
- INDEPENDENCE DAY: The 70th Independence day was celebrated by tiny �tots of KG class with great zeal and enthusiasm.
They made tri-colour garland and wore it with proud.
Children recited the rhyme � Jai Jawan,Jai Kisan� with the spirit of patriotism and unity.
- JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION:
Janmashtami festival was celebrated with zeal and pomp by the children of pre-primary at Hillwoods School Gandhinagar.
Children came dressed as Krishna, Radha and other colourful outfits. They coloured the picture of �Bal Gopal� with their own choice of colours.
Teacher enacted the story of Lord Krishana�s birth.
Teacher and students ended the celebration with Bhajan of lord Krishana.
- RAKHI MAKING AND ENVELOPE DECORATION:
Rakshabandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate bond between brothers and sisters. To strengthen this bond �Rakhi Making Activity� was done in pre-primary.
Teacher gave them cut outs of Kalash,Nariyal,Leaves to paste on a circle shaped Rakhi.
Children sequence wise pasted the given cut outs even they beautifully decorated the envelopes and felt happy to see their own creation.
- SPRAY PAINTING:
KG children went on an amazing artistic creation to expand their knowledge in painting i.e. Spray Painting. This form of painting was different from other paintings. Children were looking excited they dipped the brush in to the liquid colour and sprayed on the stencil.
When teacher removed the stencil the impression of the sprayed colour gave them the happiest feeling.
They all were very happy by seeing their own creation
